Why is my passenger seat so shiny

Had a pen mark on my passenger seat as I posted about a few months ago..brought it rallye who got rid of the mark and I think redyed part of the seat..since then the passenger seat looks so shiny as if I lathered cream up on the seat. Doesn't matter if I clean it with water or leatherique cleaner still looks like I have a passenger seat that belongs Ina car that has 50k miles on it (not 10 like mine does)...also is there a way to remove the stretch in the the leather?...these sport seats have HORRIBLE wear and tear after minimal use. I rarely have people in my passenger seat. It has wear marks deep creases ripples and is so damn shiny. If I could get rid of the shine and stretch that would be great .. everything else looks like normal wear and tear besides the deep crease shown in photo 2..any suggestions (tried leatherique, water, and woolite 1:6) also I should mention when I clean with a light colored microfiber or sponge I notice red coming off the seat onto the towel...

That looks normal to me. Take a pic of the driver's seat from the same angle so we can compare.

more pics, both taken with flash. honestly you need the flash to see it otherwise it doesn't come out in iPhone photos. you can even see the heavier ripples in the passenger seat.

Since I have CR I just went out to compare my seats with 21K miles on them. I have only one small ripple of leather stretch on driver seat similiar to yours. As for shine mine look like your driver seat. I use Meguier's Ultimate leather cleaner and Zaino leather in a bottle but the shine is less than your passenger seat. They probably used some type of shine protectant which will probably fade in a week or so.

They probably just switched the seat cover with another car which had more wear on the passenger seat. The stretch comes only from wear and if you didn't have many people sitting on it then it shouldn't have stretched. Was it stretched when you gave it in for repair?
