Bootmod3 N55-EWG Version 7.0 is up !

I have been running 6.0 forever. I want to upgrade to 6.4 but its not an option, just 7.1

PTF assured me all issues are fixed with 7.1 but it doesnt sound like it from the recent posts... Wonder if they can send me 6.4.

update to 7.1, DO NOT delete 6.0.

judge it for yourself. every car is different. don't like it? return to 6.0.
have some issues with 7.1? work with PTF to get to 7.2.

Guys,

I am looking to get the bootmod. I posted on their FB group asking for any current discount. Two guys contacted me via PM and told me they can sell the licenses cheaper than on the ptf website ($595). Wonder if I am getting scammed.

Agree with this guy, I sent my feedback in and went back to 7.0..

About the Ignition Timing 1~6 .
The degree are very different in the full pull gear 3 ~5.
any idea ? Need Help.....

3rd gear pull on a 6mt. 2 knock in top end.. I'm not blaming the tune, just disappointed my fuel is so poor here in ct. There's about 4 ozs of boostane with 93 octane fuel from shell,on a 91 Oct tune..

On another note, car continues to boost higher than target on spool and usually no more than 2 psi. Since it is warming up now, no more issues with hpfp.

Get gas from a different station. it could just be a bad tank and not normal. Its really bad with the way the timing is shown here. Run it low, refill and relog, i bet itll be much better.

Is E85 available in CT? I know it is in NY at least. I would recommend a few gallons of E85 per tank over boostane.

this ^, I bought a bottle of boostane and ended up not using it, even after reading about how well it works I didn't like the idea of it discoloring exhaust tips and I think spark plugs, and that's just what you'd be able to see. dumping 2-3 gallons of e85 every fillup works just fine for me and the gas in California is probably worse than what you have in CT.

Can someone tell me the benefits of putting e85? Will I feel a difference if I’m on just stg1 93 oct? And am cat less? It’s hot here in Florida. And the E85 station isn’t far from me.

Simply put, the benefit is octane. If your logs are always clean and you have no timing being pulled, you will not really see a benefit. If you have good 93 pump gas you may not need it. Here is CA (and west coast more generally), we only have 91, and our 91 is shit. We can't even run OTS 91 octane maps without timing being pulled.

Pretty good. What fuel pump are you running? If you can up the ethanol a bit it should clean the timing right up. But everything looks fine.

stock fuel pumps with 100% meth .with out meth my hpfp was crashing rail pressure was 1600psi this log was with e35 im going to try bump it up to e40 and see what happens

Where are you getting your 100% meth at? I've been running Boostjuice which is 50/50 water/meth.

can someone please look at my log, it was my first time doing it. I did a 3rd gear pull and I thought I had stop the logging after the pull but apparently I didnt so please ignore the length of it.
Just wanna make sure everything is looking good.

I am on version 7.1 with FBO Stage 2.
