Awesome build man... do you think you could’ve squeezed 275/30 tires in the rear without rolling your fenders or is 265/30 totally maxed out on the 437m wheels?

You can fit wider tires without a doubt. 275 are absolutely no problem. I'll be moving up to 285-295/30 rears next set.

Update! PS2 IN!!!
Just a little update!
Past few weeks have been a interesting Car was running top notch on the old setup. I decided to dyno one last time to get a nice baseline before the new turbo goes in... most importantly to see the gains and delta between the two setups. Car made great power and pulled like a freight train on stock turbo (thing was a torque monster!!) ... but the tiny PWG turbo loses steam up top, so this is addressed with the new setup. On to the numbers: Stock PWG Turbo, FBO, 93 octane, BM3 S2 v6 map Best Pull: 383whp, 494trq Car went straight to the Pure Stage 2 Turbo install after dyno runs. Everything is in now and mechanically car is running great! I loaded up the new BM3 OTS map for PS2 but unfortunately the car didn't respond too well to this map. PWG setups are very hard to tune for (especially with bigger/aftermarket turbos) and my wastegate actuator is dialed in completely differently then the car the OTS was built on so my boost was way off (overboosting a bunch and was hitting throttle closures/HPFP dips throughout most of the RPM range.) Tune was okay, but it needed tweaking. I decided to move forward with a custom tune.... currently in process. We started the tune completely from scratch based off my stock tune so currently dialing this bad boy in. Still need to tweak quite a few things, but looking very promising at this point, especially with the last couple revisions I've gotten. Car is a monster up top compared to stock turbo.... turbo lag barely evident at this point, but I will save my comments and final review once the tune is dialed in completely. New PS2 dyno numbers coming soon

Beautiful car! Can I ask how you came by the BBK with the blank rotors? All the kits I've seen only include the dimpled ones. Wondering if it was any cheaper to get the blanks? Also would like to avoid any of the weird noises that come from the dimpled ones...

The kit does not come with the rear rotors, so those you have the option right off the bat to just get the blank 345mm OEM rotors instead of the dimpled/slotted. The BB kit comes with the fronts. I was able to speak with the parts manager and asked to swap for the BMW OEM 370mm blank rotors. He didn't want to do it, but I guess I caught him on a good day (or he wanted to make money off the kit)... regardless, the blanks are a bit cheaper but part of the deal was just to do a direct swap so it worked out for both of us I guess. The dimpled/slotted do look a lot better, and sometimes I wish I had them (aesthetically wise)... but there was way too many reviews that complained about the wind noise which apparently is normal and its just wind hitting the dimples so 1) its not a problem that could be fixed 2) BMW says its normal and the high performance brakes may be noisier (they even have a disclaimer) I do not have any wind noise and brakes work terrific, so I am happy with my choice. I may do 2 piece lightweight rotors drilled rotors way down the line, but those can be $800-1000 for a set of 2... quite a bit more. ECS has some sweet ones but I haven't seen too many people running them (possibly due to the price) so there isn't many reviews on them. Lastly, worst case senario (maybe a bit riskier and more work) you can get the kit and buy blanks and then just sell the dimpled/slotted fronts on the forum.

Reviving this thread.
Pure Stage 2 and tune finally done. New turbo pulls way harder up top... spool time is similar to the stocker then after 5k hits it never stops until redline. PWG hit hard but died up top. This fixed that problem. Most importantly, 5-5.5k to 7k I see 50-75whp+ more in the power band Results are on stock fuel system and 93 octane. After 16 psi ish my fuel pump kept dipping/crashing so I'm currently running the 15-16 psi tune.... seeing a few timing drops so I think the car has a little more in her with clean timing throughout. Car is definitely quicker now.... fun little car and gets up in a hurry. The power band just makes you never want to get off the gas WOT 409 whp / 455trq on 15 psi 453 whp / 466trq on 18 psi

Very nice build! I was searching F30post for your car after YouTube recommended me two vids of an EB F30 on 437s doing burnouts in a parking lot LOL.

The new XDI Single Fuel Pump Upgrade appeals to me. I'm not a huge fan of PI or meth for additional fueling, just a personal preference I suppose. I'm just waiting on more real world results (aside from shop cars) before I commit to anything. Not only will this HPFP allow the DME to have full control over it (unlike PI or meth, which I would need an external controller or JB4, which I'm not a fan of as it sacrifices drivability to an extent) but also allow me to run more boost (20 psi + I'd assume) and more octane with ethanol mixes without having limiting fuel, which is now my bottleneck. I'd think a decently safe 480-500whp and even north of that is possible with PS2 at 20+ psi with enough octane to support (without even pushing it too hard) though time will tell.
