I read on one of the FB groups that the new B58 pump needs to be accounted for in the tune or it will supply to much fuel rail pressure. Just FYI. I'm not sure how valid this is so curious to know the truth of the matter.

you have the rail pressure setting in your tune ,
the hpfp is supposed to follow that , when demand is too high , the pressure drops . When demand is low or lower , the fuel control valve closes to a point where it meets its required value . so you have a closed loop of controlling the pressure . i hope to get it up and running in a week or so , its still in transit

That's how I understand it as well so the post I saw on FB about the rail pressure being too high for the injectors didn't make sense to me.
