Who are you all using and getting the best results when requesting custom tunes ? Especially using E30 or higher style mapping .

Well, I’ve tried PTF, HCP, Paul Johnson, and they are either too busy or don’t do the N55. Now just waiting on Justin from Twisted Tuning to get back to me about a custom meth injection setup and tune. I’m hoping he can pull through.

Is he doing E85 or just 93? I’ve talked to him in the past and he said his thing was working with E85 blends. I’d personally rather not do blends. I’m looking at adding methanol injection though.

Hes doing my n55 PWG e85 blend. I have my fuel it direct port setup but we going to start off with tuning the car for e85 then adding the meth.

I’ve seen a lot from CaryTheLabelGuy and F80Paul so far and always great results although all S55. Same computer though so I’m sure they’d be just fine with the N55 as well.

Was watching a video on BM3 and noticed there is slight custom tuning the customer can do themselves... has anybody messed with this at all?

Fueling, Timing, along with a few other basic things are quite simple on this DME. Anyone that does their homework and have EFI basics can tune that..
It's boost control on PWG where things get very tricky. And on EWG same applies with the compressor model if you want to tune with all the factory safeties in place. Many tuners tune with a flat load/torque target and leave a bunch of room between actual boost vs target boost to "prevent" throttle closures.. But the problem with that is it removes alot of the throttle/boost control safety the DME has. Logs don't lie
