Im not trying to max it out but a jump from my current 16ps to about 19-20psi would be GREAT!!!!

I need to commit to a solution for my car and be done

Can't wait to see the result, I hope the improvement will be sufficient for full E85.

How plausible would it be to create a billet adapter to convert the orientation of the b58 pumps to the n55 orientation? We would need an extended cam follower too. and probably extended bolts.

Ah, that's the first time I've heard that there are two versions of the B58 fuel pump. Any idea why a new version was needed or what, if any, improvement there may be?

Is the B58 pump enough to satisfy someone who has installed a Pure Turbos Stage2?
The improvement over stock is about 5-10% if I'm not mistaken.

Cost of a used B58 pump is about $200-$400.

I was quoted 4hrs of labor to swap out the pump.

I have been tossing the idea around about installing one of these pumps versus the XDI-35 pump mostly due to saving over $1500 BUT i have yet to pull the trigger. Plus spending 4hrs of labor for a pump that wont help me much to run my PS2 might not be feasible IMO.
How much of an improvement did you feel after installing the Pure Stage2? Seems like a big investment when all of the various additional components start adding up. What is the labor cost to swap a turbo?

the flange of the B58 collides with the vacuum unit , you need to adjust it as
in the pictures of the hpfp topic . raising it due to an adapterplate maybe but there isnt a lot of room above the hpfp ( intake manifold ) . Cutting the flange
is the easiest thing no need to change fuellines .

Huge improvement over stock EWG. It's most noticeable in the mid to high rpm band.

Install cost depends on rwd or awd but can range from shop to shop. Hours on install run from 8 - 16 depending if your rwd or awd.

Luckily I timed my purchase of the ps2 around Christmas sale plus a coupon from x-ph!!

BUMP in hopes that this group buy happens with the recent rumor that Spool performance will be releasing there HPFP upgrade in the near future.

I will once again attempt to contact TTFS and see if they will entertain this group buy!!

**UPDATE**

Just had a great conversation with Gabe over at TTFS.

I'm still working out the details with him but in general we are talking along the lines of getting a special promo code to discount the XDI-35 HPFP for the first 15 people that use it!!

Anyone looking to max out the Stock turbo or PS2 or whichever larger turbo setup would do themselves some justice by getting this HPFP!!

Stay tuned for an update later this week!!

Not sure the difficulty range is the issue, IMO, there’s just no reason to ever do so. Should be 100% PnP

Just as an FYI, "when" Spool Performance releases their version...they'll have a PnP harness.

I'd suspect by year end....they've been on a "two week" launch loop for a while. I was initially offered a "beta" spot several months back, never received one due to "supplier" issues. They ultimately stated they were going to scratch the additional beta's as they were "close to release". That was a few weeks back . 🍻
