Eos Speed Bpm4
Want to thank @EOSpeed for tremendous customer service. Literally walked me through all the questions i had 2mins after contacting him on IG. Purchased the BPM4 due to my EKPM3 not handling the power and increased voltage on my Precison Raceworks Stg2 pump (walboro 450). Problem arrived after getting my custom tune. Car was magnificent on the dyno but soon as we took it off i had intermittent stalling. Couple weeks after the stalling became worse. Would have to pull to the side of the road and wait for the module to cool down. 15mins all the way to an hour. Made a quick purchase on the BPM4 and it arrived the very next day even though i only had the option of 2 day delivery. Everything is plug and play with thicker gauge wires. Money well spent.

I'm on the fence about purchasing this BPM4. I have the XDi-60 now and Fuel it Stage 2 pump but my HPFP is dropping to 800 PSI if boosting 15+ PSI or 4500+ RPM. I'm not sure if it is the parameters for the XDI60 is the problem or the LPFP is the problem at this point. Did you log your fuel pressures before and after the BPM4 install?

I right now am on the stock hpfp and I am about to add a 450lph. I’m not going custom tune so I’m hoping with the PS2 and the 450lpfp and OTS 2H tune I’ll be fine. I will log and share. Now at 15 psi if she acts up I will add the BPM4 which will allow me to diagnose plus take the stress off the stock module.

QUOTE: The person with the XDI-60 issues has a PWG N55 and is using the EWG N55 XDI-60 Base files. That's why he is having the issues. Someone informed me of this....and that he was sending the base PWG files. Issue has nothing to do with EKP. PWG and EWG very different animals. That said, I still recommend an EOS BPM4 with an upgraded Walbro LPFP. It's what I use, but is not the issue in the post (QUOTE) I have to also give Showtime credit for his help also. Both great sources.

Thanks for responding. I do have the PWG and having problems with getting the tune correct for the XDi-60. I can't even run OTS Stage 2H 91 octane with the currect XDI-60 parameter settings. It can manage single gear WOT pulls, but multi gear pulls will cause the "Drivetrain Malfunction" gong and limp home mode kicks in. I went ahead and purchased/installed the BPM4 module but it did not resolve my problems.
Just wondering who is the credible source? Cary Jordan is working on my tune and can't get my XDi-60 to work right either. Maybe I should make sure he knows that I have the PWG and not EWG. My car is a 2014 but it has a built date before the new switch to EWG. I missed it by a few months, darn it! |

Has anyone been having fuel pressure issues with bpm4? I have been having them since installed. Lpfp is walbro 525 and hpfp is spool fx180. New e85 lines were ran front to back because port injection. Was told the tank was bad. I replaced that and still having issue. Does the bpm4 need programming?

What turbo are you running that you need port injection with a hpfp upgrade? I'm willing to bet if it's that much you might be maxing that single pump out.

It's funny because everyone suggests that you buy one but they flat out aren't available anymore and you don't get a reply when asking about them. It's fucking hilarious. Dzenan was talking about it with me and I was like you know they don't make them anymore right? He said he was going to reach out and found out but I haven't heard back. My guess is it's done. And the 50-100 or so that exist is it.

I'm going to put my ekp3 back in the car and if my issues go away this bpm4 is gone. I'm tired of long cranks. Gas level reading wrong. Everything on fuel has been replaced. The bmp4 is the last piece to the circuit. I need some help from eos or tqbyte asap.

Yea I've been having this fuel issue for 2 years since I installed this thing. Since then I've been throwing upgraded parts at the car fx180, walbro 525. New gas tank etc to figure this issue out thinking the bmp4 is superior but I think it's the problem. It's a reason they stopped making them.

One of the forum vendors makes a LPFP that has the stock pump in the bucket (so it plays well with the stock EKP) and a 450 outside the bucket that's triggered by a hobbs switch.
That might be something to consider if your EKP is giving you issues. |

An engineering sample from torqbyte is on its way to me right now. I'm going to be working on a PnP setup for 1 or 2 pumps with a new tophat, standard connectors, etc.
If you need a PM4 with the following I can supply it right now.
