Wow, I haven't seen this in awhile.
It is on a dyno? Were you doing a hard run? Proper air flow? What tune do you have? Any exhaust or intake restriction? Could also be a timing / AFR issue. It is fairly normal after a hard run. Under normal-loaded operation, exhaust gasses escaping your motor are in excess of 1200 degrees at high load. That heat is transferred to your turbo and down-pipe. Iron or steel will begin to glow as you heat it above 900 degrees Fahrenheit, which is easily attainable given the exhaust gas temperatures (EGT's). Most steel doesn't start to melt until 2500 degrees Fahrenheit. As the temperature of the heated steel goes up, the color will change from brown to red to orange to yellow to white.

you have to tune for the power. its stage 2 map and stage 2 turbo the car felt slower than the stock turbo when just doing a swap. it was just a LOT louder. also its a possibility the cat in the downpipe is clogged. it appears to be a stock downpipe from here.
