340i color/options help!
Hello f30 post I am currently new to the forums and I am currently looking into getting a 2018 340i I have been looking to find one with premium and executive package and I have found two in my area
the first one is a BSM on red with 23k from a non bmw dealer still has about a year left on the warranty the second is a BSM on black cpo with with around 14k miles on it, looking for advice on what to go for since the price difference is steep... around a 6k price difference I am leaning towards the red but I am concerned with the BSM holding up to showing everything in the paint anyone have experiences on buying from a dealer other then bmw and there is also a GSM/CR just without the executive package so no 6wb on that car sadly with around 10k miles on it any advice on what to go for not sure if the executive is worth it can't make up my mind |

You can always have a detailer do paint correction, seal with film, and ceramic coat it. No more worries about imperfections but you'll definitely pay for it.

So which one do you think would be worth it the BSM /CR or the BSM on black I want the red interior more but it is not from bmw however the BSM on black has 10k less miles and I would get the cpo warranty. Or do I just completely skip out on the exec package entirely since there is also a silver on red near me as well

IMO, purely from a colour stand point, having a different colour interior is nice because it breaks up the monotony. The other thing I would say is look to get as many features now as you can, because while you can retrofit alot of them down the line it could be fairly costly.

I have an '18 340 and I would not like to give up the executive package. The side/top cameras are nice and I expected not to care about the adaptive headlights, but I really like them.

The BSM / Black has the driver assist but is missing blind spot monitoring which I have on my car now and is great but that’s fairly costly around 7-800 to retrofit plus having to code as well. Has anyone had bad experiences with buying a 340i from a used car dealer? Or have heard any stories to stay away. The car has had 3 oil changes all within interval. |
