Jordan tuning, anyone had It done to there N55?

Hey! I'm curious if a custom tune with worth it from jordan tuning. I'm FBO stage 2 E30.

Does anyone know if it will make more power than BM3 OTS??

A custom tune will always extract more power than an OTS map.

Not much with stock fuel system. E30 in cold ambient temperatures is already nearing the limit of the stock HPFP at the boost level of a stage 2 OTS tune. Now if you get a upgraded HPFP you can push the stock turbo a bit higher with a custom tune.

Ok so it comes down to the fuel system.. so right now I'm tapped unless I do something with the fuel system which is almost the price of pure stage 2 turbos hahaha

Here is an example of someone running a custom tune with FBO, stock turbo and upgraded HPFP.

Also, BMWDIYGUY was making around 415whp with a same hardware as mentioned above.

I am currently running fbo with xdi35 hpfp. But I currently have a boost leak. Cary Jordan is my tuner and he is very responsive. He told me that with an e30 tune I should be at 440-450whp.

yes, and I finally think I know what it is. I installed the ftp boost pipe backwards. I put the turbo side on the intercooler. I will be fixing that and doing a boost leak test tonight.

What are you using to maintain E30 mix?

I have access to E85 but don't want the hassle of testing the E85 every time i fill up.

I tested the e85 from a spinx near me with below tester. I tested it a couple times and it was pretty much the same result. I put 5 gals of e85 and rest 93.

I see lots of benefits running the E85 mix but just want to take any guess work out of the equation.

Want to know the crazy thing? I am running BM3 tuned by Cary Jordan as of the last week and hit the dyno yesterday.

440rwp and 454 torque with really smooth power graphs as well. I am truly impressed on what he can do!
