Knock detected

What should I do about this? BM3 stage 1 93 and 91 octane both knocked once during WOT and one time twice.

93 octane:

That won't change anything. Everything looks normal. The only thing I can see from the parameters you show MIGHT (this may be a stretch) is octane. Your 91 might be winter or crappy. Reason I say that is it's winter gas and its very inconsistent for octane + ethanol content.

No crazy fuel issues, no HPFP issues, no LPFP issues, a VERY MINOR small timing correction but that's normal in logs. Very rare to get a perfect log every time.

Throw in an octane booster that will treat 1/2 a tank, drink around a couple miles to mix, relog.

Thanks for the input. I used 93 octane for both the 93 octane tune and the 91 octane tune. Thats a huge relief to hear though.

Whats the diff between a 91 and 93 oct tune? I use 93 shell v pwr, but is it safer to just use 91? Will car be slower? NJ.

Doesn't matter. Usually 91 vs 93 might mean a little more aggressive with timing. Boost stays the same usually for an off the shelf map. If you have 91, run 91. If you are running a 91 map with 93, you are safe, lose out on a small percentage of power that could be had from a 93 tune (in the off the shelf map of bm3, maybe 3-5 hp. Not sure of torque).

This goes a little more into detail and will prob send you into a YouTube binge to learn how all the factors outside and inside an engine works to make power:

There isn't a huge difference between 91 and 93 octane tunes. If the 93 octane gas is weak then there will be excess timing adjustments that will reduce performance. But a 91 octane tune using weak 93 octane with run smoother and feel more powerful.

Agreed. Tried to keep it as simple as possible instead of writing a book on the subject teaching "ignition + power" creation

Car is 435i x drive stage 2 91 octane bm3 ots tune, FBO, i just change my spark plugs ngk 97506 gapped them down to .22 and new delphi coil plugs. I did some data logging and did 6 pulls and on 1 of those pulls I noticed that I had a knock. Here is my log. https://bootmod3.net/log?id=65a1fa117d94931aedaabcb4 Thank you in advance guys!
