Reasons to NOT use cquartz?
Hi all. I received an ammo NYC kit as a gift and was wondering if I should use that and the sealant provided or cquartz? From my understanding you're not supposed to top cquartz at all and I enjoy detailing my car regularly.

I top my coatings regularly, and so notice benefits. If you do want to use cquartz you will need to fully correct the paint on your car - if you can't do that then there's no reason to consider cquartz. Btw ammo does make ammo reflex (coating that can be topped)

Benefits I notice are in shine and warmth in paint. Nothing beats a coating in terms of water sheeting. But you can still protect a coating and I think everyone should. I hate it when people argue to me to not top a coating. You still get amazing sheeting benefits even if you top with carnauba. Idk how but you do.

The only reason I can see not to use CQuartz - or any coating, for that matter - is if you don't have suitable paint.
