You wouldn't kick it out of bed...but would you kick it out of your car?
So if you're on a date...(the girl is fine), but she's wearing jeans with some big, snaggletooth-butt-button jeans...do you tell her that she can't get in the car?
What are your experiences with leather seats and trendy big-button jeans? Do they scratch/ruin the leather? I'm worried about this. My girl looks a lot like the one pictured...and has some jeans like this too. What do you do to avoid scratches on your seats? |

Tell her to cut the buttons or wear different jeans.
Or maybe you can figure out a way for her to sit on your lap..... Maybe she takes her pants off while riding in the car? |

Tell her she has 3 options:
1. She can sit on a towel 2. Change 3. Take her car This is also one of the best reasons to go with speed cloth! |

I agree actually. Ya gotta play it smooth. I used to have a beater car a little while back. Wish I still had it (and may get one again). It was a blue Honda Civic EG DX. My buddies and I called it the "bitch" filter...and it worked without fail too. That car had a knack for only picking the keepers on only a few dates. I even added some spinner hub caps (which I got from my buddies for my birthday) and that kicked the "bitch filter" in full gear.

Interesting...my ex used to wear this kind of jeans all the time (and much worse, sometimes full of little stones and shiny sequence shit), but I never made a point out of it because I thought I was being paranoid. Quite frankly, I used to worry about the leather, so I used to tell her to simply sit instead of slide all over the seat, and nothing ever happen to the leather. What did happen though, one day while exiting my previous car, the big rear pocket button got caught on the edge of the door jamb and nicked it. So I had to buy touchup paint and touch it up...it was minimal and hardly noticeable, but I bothered me so I had to fix it - glad no incidents ever occurred with my 135i while we dated

Yeah. Live and let live. If it tears, it tears and you fix it. Cost of doing business. Kicking girls out of cars because you love the car more is kind of... well, you know.

ummm...there's no way you tell her not to sit in your car. buy sheepskin seat covers, or invest in leather cleaner. do not - i repeat - do NOT let her think for one minute that you value the seats more than her ass. if you do, you won't even need a passenger seat. it'll be empty.

Easy. She must take off her jeans. No need to change. Just take off the jeans. That's what the trunk is for.

Top thread reminds me of the one on M3Post a little while back.
If she keeps sliding around and it bothers you just ask her if she has worms, or crabs. Guarantee she won't move an inch after that. BUT, if the bitch slams the door then thats 2 strikes and your outta here.

If it really bothers you, save the girl and your seats for less than $100 by getting BMW seat covers (E82 135i compatible).
It's part # 82110413115 according to this thread (but do check for sure): http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=509214 "BMW Cotton Poly Seat Vest The BMW Cotton Poly Seat Vest offers seat protection with style. It's easy to install and is designed to protect the seats without interfering with the passenger occupancy mat or the side bolster air bag panels. Available in black and tan." http://www.shopbmwusa.com/ProductDet...ProductId=1031 Maybe some seat covers sporting the M logo exist ? ...alternatively, get the BMW Dog Safety Harness for your puppy "BMW Dog Safety Harness You can rest comfortably knowing that your dog is safely secured in the back seat of your BMW. Constructed of tear-and-impact-resistant polyester fabric and available in three sizes for a comfortable fit. This harness attaches easily to a leash for convenient walking during long trips, and includes its own storage bag." http://www.shopbmwusa.com/ProductDet...&ProductId=193 |
