M3 in Halifax

I took couple of pictures. Sat in it, did not turn it on. The car had almost everything, except ceramic brakes and couple of other options ($91000+taxes). I remember UAE mentioning the doors feeling cheap. Not on this one, they sound great when closing.

Much nicer looking than the E90.
Awesome stance
Very nice interior
LED lights are amazing (get them if you still can). Xenon are so passé.
Very nice seats. Edit: The middle of the seat is perforated, forming a non-slip surface
Full leather and contrast stitching looks great
The CF brace is AWESOME
Really liked the Idrive with a touch pad.

Dislike (not much):
Edit: Leather not as supple as in my Cayman or AMG
The steering wheel is pretty fat and has finger indents all around
The four piston brakes look like they belong on a motor bike
The steering wheel is manually adjusted (hard to believe)

Edit: There is no latch under the front of the hood (pretty neat)

My dealer in Toronto just got two M4's and one M3 in stock.One M4 was Black Sapphire Metallic and the other one was Alpine White.Both had black full extended leather with the leather on the dash.I was very impressed with the quality of the interior.They also had the carbon fiber roof and the carbon fiber interior trim which seems to suit the interior of the car.The M3 was also Black Sapphire Metallic.I definitely preferred the white M4 but all the cars looked great.I would have taken some pics with my iPhone but they all still had the white shipping tape all over them and were jammed in with other cars in the dealerships underground garage.

was this a sold order or was it just dealer stock? I would be a little upset if I was the buyer of the car and it was in the showroom open for anyone and everyone to experience it.

Do you guys keep customer sold car locked and keep it away from people touching it? It will probably be few days until I can go pick up my car after it arrive. I do not want random butt touching fresh leather seat.

^^yes they are in the back lot 90% of the time. the only time they are out is when the owners are coming to pick them up and we will sometimes put them on the showroom or out front for them to pick them up

Thanks for sharing. I actually felt the leather on the car was smooth and comparable to the premium leather I had on my 2013 Boxster S with the Carrera Red interior. Nevertheless I actually never knew that steering was manual adjust and missed that. Not a problem for me though as I will be the ONLY person to ever drive this car

I mentioned about buying it today. They said I will be the first one driving in the province. So I am not sure about any release date anymore.

Dealer stock. The car was locked. I asked for it to be open. I don't think they are going to let many people in it.

Yes, first pull pops it up a little, second pull unlatches it completely. It is going to confuse the heck out of people trying to open the hood. At the car show how many people did I see pulling the lever, and then trying to find the latch, not realizing that there isn't one? I am guilty as well... I didn't know how to open the hood either and fruitlessly fished around under the front of the hood looking for a latch.

And worst part is... if they give up, the hood is now partially open, and they will undoubtedly, try to push it shut, leaving a big dent in the aluminum.

Quick update: The car sounds much better in person. I have a feeling most of you here would like it. I personally did not like it much, but I can get used to it.

I started up the white one at my dealer yesterday and it sounded OK to me.I just revved it up a little bit,so it was hard to tell what it would sound like when you really push the engine.
Did you take yours for a drive?
